CEO Eigil Rosager Poulsen founded EQATEC. With an MSc in Computer Science, Poulsen, for several years, played a key role in device software development at renowned medical device manufacturer Radiometer in Copenhagen. It was here that his fascination with device software development was born and nurtured.

CTO Morten Damsgaard co-founded EQATEC. Damsgaard has a BSc in Engineering and also has experience in software development at Radiometer. He is the sole Scandinavian to have been awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional within the field of embedded software development.

Jim Hageman Snabe has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2000. With extensive international management experience and in-depth knowledge of IT, Snabe is Corporate Officer of SAP Group and member of the SAP Executive Council in Walldorf, Germany.
