Dear EQATEC Profiler user,
Some of you know about our service EQATEC Analytics and some of you don't. This is a newsletter with an update on new functionality and new subscription plans.
New Functionality
We have worked hard to improve our EQATEC Analytics service. The service has been improved in many many aspects. The major improvements are:
- Filter by usage count. Would you like to know how users that have used your software between e.g. 5 and 10 times from Japan compare with the worldwide usage? Now you can!
- Filters can be named, saved and retrieved for easy analysis.
- Default filters that are always applied can be defined to e.g. filter out internal usage from the software development department.
- Export to Excel. What are the exact numbers behind charts and pies? - download your data in Excel XML-format.
- Feature timing with improved granularity. Every timing sample is registered so that minimum, maximum, deviation and distributions can be analyzed for complete insights.
- Feature values. Many customers have asked for a simple way to assign names to floating point values. It has been added to the monitor API and data distributions can be easily analyzed through the web interface.
- Simplified exception navigation. Navigating deep exception hierarchies has been improved.
- Monitor behavior can be configured to match requirements of e.g. limited resource devices.
- No-limit queries are available since you can now receive a copy of your raw data in an SQL database.

New subscription plans - save 30% - subscribe before August 1st
We have listened to our customers and modified the content of our subscription plans. All plans have been improved substantially. Since we know that our customers needs are different, we have added the possibility of requesting a custom subscription plan, if our plans doesn't fit your purposes and budget.
Our prices change August 1st 2010. We think everyone should have a chance to subscribe before that date at the current price level and remain on the same level after prices increase.
If you know of EQATEC Analytics and have considered using the service, now is the best time to make a decision.
If you don't know our service, now is a good time to try it and start collecting essential facts about your software.

- All active subscriptions continue without a price change after August 1st 2010.
- If you subscribe now or upgrade your current subscription at the existing prices these will remain the same after August 1st 2010.
