EQATEC Analytics has proven to be a vital tool for Ayalogic in the rollout of our new product, imVOX Voice Chat for Games. Integration into our existing code was able to be completed in under a few hours because EQATEC provides a single file that takes care of all the details of collecting metrics, transmission, and storage. Getting started was just as simple because EQATEC has a web-based analytics dashboard that is free to use for a single application for up to 1000 sessions. As use of your product grows, it is simple and painless to change to a larger subscription plan.

The data we receive from EQATEC Analytics is priceless. The type of operating system the application is running on (down to the service packs installed), memory, CPU count, .NET framework installed, which versions of the application are in use, exception reporting, location of the user (provided in detail on a beautiful world map) are just a few of the informational gems that we receive from every running copy of our application.

This information guides us in continual improvement of our product and service and results in very happy customers. The tool allows us to react to any defect that our customers experience without any effort on the part of the end-user. Without EQATEC Analytics these issues would most likely go unreported, resulting in lost customers without us knowing why.

In addition, we have sprinkled feature tracking throughout our application. This provides us with perfect visibility into which features are popular or which ones are never used and just weighing the product down with size and maintenance cost. Tracking any feature in the application is simple: just add a single line of code, like this: TrackFeature("Subscription.Upgrade"); Couldn’t be simpler.

We have been using EQATEC Analytics for some time now, and are extremely impressed with how easy it is to integrate into existing applications, and how fast it provided valuable information about the use of our software.
