World Map
The EQATEC Analytics World Map provides a visual overview of usage activity per country. Which regions can be further developed? Where are the majority of your customers located?
You can zoom and pan the map data and select the timespan of your interest. Hoover the mouse over a country and usage details pop-up.

Versions
The EQATEC Analytics Versions view provides a visual overview of the different versions of your software products. Is your new version taking off, or are your customers not upgrading as you expected?

Feature Usage
The EQATEC Analytics Feature Usage view provides a visual overview of individual software features in your application. Are your new features used at all? How come that seemingly irrelevant feature is among the top-most used?
You decide which features are relevant to track and display.

Exceptions
The EQATEC Analytics Exceptions view provides essential information about errors occuring at your customers site. Errors you otherwise never would have known occured:
- Which errors occur most often?
- Are they related to your customers hardware and OS versions?
- Correlate errors with software versions.

Filter Data
Easily setup filters, that will help you extract exactly the answers you are looking for. Filter e.g. by:
- Installation ID
- IP address
- Number of usages - e.g. only users that have used the application between 5 and 10 times.
- Country
- Application version
You can also specify defalt product filters to always ignore internal usages.
